Jupiter / Venus Conjunction

6 AM - November 5, 2004

Uploaded 11/5/04

Here is a shot taken this morning of the Conjunction, with the planets less than a degree apart. Heavier clouds to the east and south may have made this event hard to see in eastern Phoenix. The dramatic orange sunrise, and wispy clouds made for a breathtaking scene early in the cold morning sky.
