This region which is centered on Taurus, shows extensive dark nebula snaking through a very dense portion of the Milky Way. To the Lower left is the Lamda Orionis nebula, above it the Hayades star cluster. Saturn is the bright "star" in the middle just below center, and the Auriga nebulosities can be seen to the left center. At the upper left is the Californian nebula. Hordes of star clusters and blue stars crowd the frame, can you find other deep sky objects in this deep image?
