Comet C/2014 Q2 Lovejoy 
in the Evening sky

 This comet is just barely naked eye, about 15 degrees up in the south, in the contellationn of Columba below Orion. The comets coma is huge, taking up nearly the entire field! The tail is composed of a few narrow rays extending upwards here. UPDATE: New image below with comet stationary.
