Comet C/2018 Y1 - Iwamoto
in the Evening sky
February 28, 2019

This 7th magnitude object in Auriga is in a rich Auriga starfield, with emission nebulosity. I composed this shot to best frame a field of bright stars and the nebulosity. The comets short fan/ray type gas tail is a bit better than last week.
