Comet Encke - 2P
in the Evening sky
October 6, 2016 - 8pm

This Comet is currently near orbital plane crossing, however i did not see any trace of this in this long exposure. I did however capture the nearly 18th mag comet and hordes of faint 16 - 19th mag galaxies in the background. Here Ive labeled the comet, an unknown asteroid, and the galaxies I was able to see by zooming in.
