Comet C/2016 Panstarrs R2
in the Evening sky
January 17th, 2018

 This 11th magnitude comet contines to of great interest to comet astro imagers as it moves slowly across Taurus in the evening sky. A bit of teal colored halo around the coma near the nucleus, and then a nebulous gassy blue tail undulating across the half a degree wide field.
