Cassiopeia culmination in North

from -18 Latitude

Uploaded 8/19/02

Looking due north from our camp site at Croyden., in Northern Queensland in the Outback, we were surprised at how little sky we were not seeing that we have at our home in Arizona. Seen here, in this exposure is Cassiopeia hovering over the desolate outback landscape on a moon less night. Some illumination from the camp dimly light the tall grasses and short trees.
