 While we only had a few days of imaging that had the half moon in the sky, this robotic barn door image from Paul's backyard made the short trip well worth it astronomically. Here, Eta Carina nebula is seen in the center of this frame setting over the trees in his backyard. While there are too many deep sky objects to mention in this image, the star colors are well seen here with an abundance of yellow stars all over the frame.

This shot was a significant test of the new Sigma lens. It is much sharper than the Canon L lens it replaces, and will be a nice lens for wide field sky images.
