Gamma Cygni

Emission Complex in Cygnus

Uploaded 4/21/02

This is an initial test shot of the season with Kodak E200 pushed 1 stop with my 5.5 inch schmidit camera. It is a single frame and is not stacked. I took this while waiting for comet IZ to rise at 2:30 am. The image was scanned with a Nikon LS2000 slide scanner at 36 bits and processed in Photoshop 6. The 5.5 inch has a noticable vignette but is satisfactory for portablitity and far exceeds the performance of my best lenses.
